High Force Linear Hydraulic Vibrator.
The HVL/60 is a specially designed hydraulic linear vibrator with dual contra-rotating shafts, locked together by a pair of mechanical gears which ensure that pure linear motion is achieved, eliminating any sideways component which may arise from slip.
Whilst the HVL/45 is ideal for compact applications where space is at a premium such as mobile crushers and screeners, the HVL/60 can provide more force for larger applications. The HVL series is designed to replace two individual vibrator units and by locking the shafts together, minimal design provision is required for lateral movement on start-up or shutdown.
The force output and drive angle are field-adjustable to provide flexibility and allow custom setup.
