Linear Vibrators
Invicta have developed a range of electrically and hydraulically driven vibrators capable of producing linear motion from a single body. The LK42 and LK51 are a special design of electric vibrator in which the two rotors are mounted in parallel to each other inside the stator frame and contra rotate.
This range of vibrators have been assessed for compliance with EN13461-1 and ATEX Directive 94/9/EC for use in Group II The HVL is a specially designed hydraulic vibrator in which two contra-rotating shafts are mounted in parallel and driven independently. In both ranges the shafts are locked together by a pair of mechanical gears which ensure that pure linear motion is achieved, eliminating any sideways component which may arise from slip. The compact nature of this construction make it ideal for use in areas where space is limited.
